If you no longer require a hosting package or service, you can submit a cancellation request directly from your Client Area.
To Submit a Cancellation Request:
1. Log in to your Client Area.
2. Go to Services > My Services and click on the service you want to cancel.
3. On the left sidebar under the Actions menu, click Request Cancellation.
4. Briefly describe your reason for canceling (this helps us improve our service).
5. Select your preferred Cancellation Type:
- Immediate: Service will be terminated and deleted within 24 hours.
- End of Billing Period: Service will remain active until your current paid period expires.
6. Click Request Cancellation to finalize.
Important Note: Canceling a hosting account will permanently delete all website files, databases, and email accounts associated with that service. Please ensure you back up all data prior to submitting your request.
