You can easily scale your hosting package up or down as your website traffic and storage needs change.
To Request an Upgrade or Downgrade:
1. Log in to your Client Area account.
2. Navigate to Services > My Services from the top menu.
3. Click on the active hosting plan you wish to modify.
4. On the left sidebar under the Actions menu, click Upgrade/Downgrade.
5. Select the new hosting package or billing cycle you want to switch to.
6. Click Choose Product to view the pro-rated price difference.
7. Proceed through checkout.
Note: Upgrades are applied immediately upon invoice payment. Downgrades or pro-rated credits are adjusted automatically on your next billing cycle.
